October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is a serious topic. My Grandma had both breasts “radically” removed just a year before she died in 1971 at the age of 59. But I have had a lot of friends send me funny reminders to have my “mammies-grammied” these past few weeks! Humor helps.
We’ve come a long way, baby. So-laugh. But be wise, too.
How to Train for the Dreaded Mammogram:
UPDATE 10.24.08 – I had Stormie give me the “censor box” so I could go back to my PG-13 rating. :)
When did your blog become R rated?
HAHAHAHAH! I’m blushing too! :)
Sooooo funny. What a good laugh today.
:) Hilarious!
You didn’t have to change it for me. They are funny.
I was thinking. If men had to get thier sensitive parts crushed by a machine for an exam they would redesign it or improve it. I worked for a company that made ultrasound equipment in the 80’s we were working on a breast scanner that the women would lay on with thier breasts suspended into a warm tub of water. I wonder why someone hasn’t developed something like that yet?
Hmmm…that is interesting, Bry. Maybe they could even pair said mammary-floater with a massage and women would be lining up for it! Ha!
I “censored” because my grown girls were mortified at that cartoon. And I didn’t want to make anyone blush! :) Just a friendly reminder to stay healthy!
EWWWWWWWWW! WHY oh my eye’s, oh my brain, Oh my stomach. I’m five years old now.
